So a taxi ride will cost you less than $5.00 to about anywhere you need to go. It is relatively safe, in the daytime you should have no problems but you should be cautious at night and only take taxis from taxi stands and hotels that know the drivers. You don't want to be Ryan Lochted, robbed. I had no issues with safety whatsoever.
