help to reactivate account

hi can I please get some assistance to reactivate my account I hve been running into a lot of issues trying to do so

Sure please email Houston@eccie.net with the following info:

1. Old screen name
2. Old email address
3. New screen name

Be sure to include your request in that email, many people make the mistake of not including the title or reason for the email and that can send it to our spam folder where we won't see it.
