Hattiesburg?

I am currently visiting Jackson and Its a bit slow this evening so I was thinking about driving to hattiesburg. Does anyone know if it is worth the trip to go? I have never visited Hattiesburg and its been awhile since I have traveled so Im kinda out of the loop on visiting cities lol
