Why Do you Think certain Ppl Come To SYRACUSE 2 GAME

I just wonder why so many just insist on doing the wrong thing in Syracuse (SCAMMING). I just wanna know what everyone thinks? & What can we do to but and end to it or at least slow it down.. I have heard so many guys tell the same story. About this game playing stuff and I have only been back a few hours. LETS BRAINSTORM AND FIND WAYS TO DETOUR SCAMMERS FROM UPSTATE!!!!
