I have been answering this question as if I were recommending the provider to my future self. Having just [re]read some review guidelines, I see the intended full question "Recommendation" is meant to be understood as Recommend to others?
In a review, you can only answer Yes or No, but what if you would recommend a provider to some others - not all others?
