Looks and for some weird reason a good sense of humor.

I look for the following documented traits that are completely missing in the poll:

• Professionalism
• Intelligence
• Experience
• Maturity
• A good attitude
• A good reputation among experienced hobbyists
• A documented history of professional performance among experienced hobbyists
  

In my opinion, there are far too many pretenders, "wannabes" and those who haven't earned the title and right to be calling themselves and advertising themselves as an escort.

She has to appeal to me physically, and that does not neccessarilly mean beautiful, or many of the other traits that men tend to gravitate towards. It's almost something I can't define. But I know it when I see it.
