1. What client information is allowed to be sent to other providers via PM?
2. Under what circumstances are PMs allowed to be sent to other providers? May PMs be sent as alerts, or should the alert first be posted in the LL, and then providers must request for the client information to be PMd to them? At that time, is a client's RW info allowed to be shared (given that clients often change their handles when they know they are about to be put on alert in the LL)?
3. Under what circumstances would a provider be banned for sending a PM to another provider with a client's RW info?
Thank you for clarification on these questions. I don't believe they've been made clear in the past and I'm trying to help providers from receiving unexpected bancations.
