Hi, I'll put in my two cents, and hopefully Iris will give you more insight. The package I bought comes with different attachments. It has a small, medium, and large "cock" that goes on the rotation part. Then it also has a 'flat' attachment to use just the vibrating part. It also comes with a couple of different height 'risers' so if the 'nubs' aren't hitting your clit, you can raise it so it does. It tells you to use lots of lube, and start out slow.
