Ladies, I would recommend that you copy and paste any info from the site. ie your reviews.

I have scraped all my ASPD reviews into my own hard drive. it will make moving them to other sites easier to have all the data handy.

I am also trying to copy as many provider ads, limited as they may be, into my own HDD also for faster reading and searching.

I see a lot of new bandwidth being chewed up here immediately.

The tombstone for ASPD should be up soon. I am not surprised. Sadly the ad hoc leadership that took over after Amber passed ran that puppy into the ground--quickly. I am glad ECCIE provided a nice nesting place for all of us to land.

I just transferred as many of my 2009 reviews as possible to help jump start Ohio. I hope other gents will do the same.

THANK YOU!

In other words, if I were to copy some threads or reviews, etc., I just wouldn't worry about THAT at all. I believe the good folks who are trying to salvage that shipwreck that was only made worse in the last few weeks have bigger rotting fish to find and fry then finding a few poor lil' 'ole' escorts who wish to save a few reviews.

BTW, I didn't wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. It's just speaking of legalities on ASPD with all of the spouting that has been going on there with regard to showing nudity and blah blah blah is a joke.

Sorry.

If the owners of aspd.net show up in court and complain, about copyright infringement, let me know. I'll find a friend who is a lawyer to bring a breach of contract counterclaim against them on behalf of any member of aspd.net who didn't get their full year's worth of paid BCD membership. In fact, that anonymous lawyer "friend" might even do a bit of discovery on how numerous the number of folks in the same group are and see about turning the counter claim into a class action. They've got a lot more to loose than they have to gain and they ain't showing up in court.

I pulled my reviews and started to copy my favorites here. One mod said it was ok, and another said only within 90 days. I didn't plan to post any on ladies who've left the biz or changed their rep, so I was just hoping to add to the historical base as it were.

I also noticed several of my reviews were gone from ASPD.

Reese and Shea, hope the golden oldies will stick, if not I'll just have to write a new current one

Maybe a forum for historical reviews would help. Some of these ladies like Reese Foster and Shea have a well-established long track record of consistent excellence that many of us guys treasure.

They won't be suing you and I doubt you'll find an attorney to sue an empty pocket. It's done - stick a fork in it.
