Pricey was my first thought too and compared to Scott Church and Aldo Antonio who charge even less for better results.......It's worth a road trip to go and see Aldo or Scott.

If I could get something as cheap as 650 bucks to possibly double my business I'd be all over that.. But then again nothing comes that cheap in terms of promotions in my line of business. Lmfao seriously! Holy fkballs batman! When a photographer, that is not one from penthouse or maxim magazine, makes more than I do in a session...I would say seriously has a big head.
I go see Leroy Dickson, who takes beautiful and quite artistic photos over in mobile. Does not charge extra for editing and only charges 100 for however long we both feel like shooting for. Professional and a blast to work with and has lighting equipment and the whole nine!

I admit I was excited to see a photographer close by until I looked at his portfolio. It's all about quality. Hell, Tracy Yapp is about $1200 per photography session, but I think Aldo and Scott's quality is just as good as Tracy's for around $450-500 depending on if you do a an hour or two hours.
I don't see the quality in his photos to merit a $600 photo session. My latest photo shoot with Aldo HAS doubled my business and I only paid about $500, took a road trip up to New Jersey and made money in VA, DC, MD, and in Jersey. Unfortunately not a lot of biz in Biloxi and I got called a "Hooker" walking through the casino/hotel hallways and I NEVER walk out in public dressed like a hooker.
I am already anxious to plan a Jersey tour and book with Aldo again. I booked that last shoot with him 4 months ahead of time and the last time I contacted Scott Church he wasn't available for about 4-5 months out either. Scott is doing FHM, Maxim, and Playboy shoots now.
And if I need a shoot quick, I can go over to Atlanta and get a good quality shoot for bartering a session. Not quite as good as Aldo, but works until I can get to New Jersey.

It looked fine to me but I'm no fucking art critic.. Hell I own some Peter Max's and that is about it for me as far as art..
And I do understand ad hoc agencies and teh ever dreaded public relations agencies... I hate dealing with them but in some cases you have to.. ok.... if you are going to do nothing but bash me on here then please do not post. Girls you say I'm too pricey and I'm not that great of a photographer? yea?.... well find me another photographer around here who isn't a completely scumbag and can shoot as good as I do. Leroy is a great photographer, I won't argue with that.... but I'm sorry I'm not gonna get paid just $100 after setting up lighting and finding locations... if he wants to do that then let him, but it's a lot of work. And none of you can really say anything about being "pricey".. seriously.... $300 an hour and your gonna call ME pricey? If you wanna drive to New Jersey then be my guest..... but do not come on my thread just to bash me for trying to make a living using what I do. And also.... the reason most photographer are gonna charge you less... is because most photographer are complete perverts who figure they can try to sleep with you and get to take naked pics of a girl. Sorry... but I don't do this to get laid, I do it as business.

A few thoughts come to mind.
Firstly, welcome to ECCIE.
Secondly, you posted an advertisement for photography services in a COED forum of a SHMB. ECCIE has a forum specifically for this kind of thread and it is in the Business Services for Providers section with a photographers-only "sticky" at the top of that sub-forum, so you have misplaced your thread.
Thirdly, you have posted price points that some find excessive. COED (as well as other areas) are places where price points are debated for services available, so for you to expect no one to comment is unreasonable.
Finally, when posting on a SHMB, a "thick skin" is advised, especially when using the forums in an atypical manner.
Again welcome, and may I suggest that you use the forums for the purposes intended, and also that you take what you feel is beneficial and simply ignore the rest.
