Protocol for request info via text

Hey so since ec is going down, I've been searching on other sites. What is std protocol for asking about rates and activities to a potential provider without making them feel uncomfortable

Avoid if at all possible. Try to find a post, or ask if she has a post with her services listed. Wish I remembered the handle of the legal eagle here, maybe in general. A listing of services offered is OK from what I recall.
