If you want authentic Mexican, go to El Palenque on Rodney Parham Rd. It’s a hole-in-the-wall place but the food and service is bomb. They also have a really good horchata if you’re into that.
Gotta go with El Palenque!

La Terazza is not Mexican but it’s good and has a nice patio, I think it’s more Argentinian or something like that
