Sticky with advice for newbies. (suggestion to staff)

I think there should be a sticky thread with advice for
newbies in the national main discussions forum.

Might really help new members out and also help with some of the
problems that arise on here for both new clients and providers.

Might also help eliminate some of the headaches that staff have to deal with
in regards to new members.

Could even be a suggestion for a new forum.

That is all.

Write one up Bj and post it. If its worthy, we will sticky it.
