What constitutes your idea of “what is allowed?”
Even when a lady gains access to ROS content, she can’t see anyone’s disciplinary actions.
#21 - ECCIE Staff will go to great lengths to avoid editing, deleting, or censoring our members posts or threads...unless absolutely necessary. Forbidden topics such as underage sex, illicit drugs, bestiality, revealing personal info, medical speculation, or images not in compliance will be removed from public view. Controversial, troublesome, or objectionable posts may draw staff attention or in some cases disciplinary action, but the offending post will not be removed from the view of our membership in any but the most extreme cases. Often times you will find directions, footnotes, or other guidance from staff edited INTO posts which draw our attention. These are for the purpose of educating the readers of what is and what is not acceptable as well as informing others about how these issues have been dealt with. Members are encouraged to RTM posts which include rule infractions or objectionable material if it appears that staff has not already becomed involved with the thread or post in particular.
And yes, it’s up to the male members to RTM posts. Staff needs the help of the community to enforce the rules. Or, if lady suspects something is amiss, she can report something as well. Happens all the time.

Did I deserve a troll jumping on my excellent ER and crapping on it, just because he's my troll? No.
So, at a minimum, would a post like that not violate Rules 1, 3 and 4?
Does a new gal deserve her ERs being crapped on because she NCNS BigDeal who issued her an ultimatum and she bailed? No.
The reason I assume these guys are not disciplined is because I see them blatantly violating rules, and they are never banned.
Crapping on a woman's ER just because you have a personal vendetta against her should be reported. If there are legitimate concerns, then those should be commented upon. But vendettas and trolling should not be allowed on a companion's ERs, and right now, it is.
Please gents, do a better job of RTMing these rules violations to protect the companions of this community against these kinds of personal attacks by a handful of truly unfavorable guys.
Thank you.
