Rude comments on ERs in private tags

Hi, is there any recourse that a provider has if she has a member jumping on her ERs, making rude comments in private tags? Basically violating rules without her knowledge. Why are trolls allowed to break rules using private tags?

And before someone accuses me of having a mandle, which I don't, the way I can tell when a mitch has posted a rude comment is because a guy will follow behind, NOT using private tags, and tell the guy to be kind or shut up.

So, when a guy is rude in private tags, obviously violating rules, is it then up to the MEN who can read the private tags to RTM the post so the rude person making the rules violations can be held accountable?

Thank you.
I will be glad to look into this after you provide some examples so we know more.

Especially if its being done in private.
I hope you get to the bottom of this Scorpio and punish these handles!
Wow, when did BigDeal and Malwoody become Staff?

Oh wait, NM.
I would take a look at this ER: https://eccie.net/showthread.php?t=2557180

When a member has to tell another member "If you got nothing good to say, don't say anything at all," that's an indicator that something rude has been said. And considering that BigDeal basically tried to tank Sasha's business before she joined ECCIE...all signs indicate that it is probably a rehash of the rude things he has already said about her. I mean, the guy did make reference to a "grown man still throwing a temper tantrum." That's BigDeal to a T.

You see, I don't want Sasha, a new provider to ECCIE, being crapped on by some dude with an obsessive vendetta. He gets those, you know. I'm proof.

I will also use my ER as an example. https://eccie.net/showthread.php?t=2522396

Since I was banned for it, I will discuss it. Lubeman, my troll, said something very rude and untrue about me on this ER. Why was this allowed?

When does it end? Can guys just say anything they want, without repercussions, as long as it is in private tags?

These are two examples. Should I find more?

Thank you.

No I'm not staff I'm just in Florida laughing at your ass.
What constitutes your idea of “what is allowed?”

Even when a lady gains access to ROS content, she can’t see anyone’s disciplinary actions.

#21 - ECCIE Staff will go to great lengths to avoid editing, deleting, or censoring our members posts or threads...unless absolutely necessary. Forbidden topics such as underage sex, illicit drugs, bestiality, revealing personal info, medical speculation, or images not in compliance will be removed from public view. Controversial, troublesome, or objectionable posts may draw staff attention or in some cases disciplinary action, but the offending post will not be removed from the view of our membership in any but the most extreme cases. Often times you will find directions, footnotes, or other guidance from staff edited INTO posts which draw our attention. These are for the purpose of educating the readers of what is and what is not acceptable as well as informing others about how these issues have been dealt with. Members are encouraged to RTM posts which include rule infractions or objectionable material if it appears that staff has not already becomed involved with the thread or post in particular.

And yes, it’s helpful when male members to RTM posts made in private tags. Staff needs the help of the community to enforce the rules. Or, if lady suspects something is amiss, she can report something as well. Happens all the time.
Also, I find it more helpful when rude posts are NOT edited because if they are removed, it almost feels like they are protecting the offending poster.

You post it, you own it.

Did I deserve a troll jumping on my excellent ER and crapping on it, just because he's my troll? No.

So, at a minimum, would a post like that not violate Rules 1, 3 and 4?

Does a new gal deserve her ERs being crapped on because she NCNS BigDeal who issued her an ultimatum and she bailed? No.

The reason I assume these guys are not disciplined is because I see them blatantly violating rules, and they are never banned.

Crapping on a woman's ER just because you have a personal vendetta against her should be reported. If there are legitimate concerns, then those should be commented upon. But vendettas and trolling should not be allowed on a companion's ERs, and right now, it is.

Please gents, do a better job of RTMing these rules violations to protect the companions of this community against these kinds of personal attacks by a handful of truly unfavorable guys.

Thank you.
