Thinking of traveling i san marcud in a few days from houston to san marcus...any info trying to do some research before i head that way...thanks in advance

Go to NE San Antonio (35) or S Austin (35). You likely will not get many calls in San Marcos.

Use hotwire.com and hit 3star and up and you will get a decent room at a good price.
TSU generates a lot of SBs and there is never a shortage of young ladies in and out of hotels in the area with their SDs. You won't raise much attention. I'm 57 and use a couple of places 3-4 times a month. I'll PM you some suggestions. Many of the hotels are older but neat and clean. Under $60 a night is the norm.
