Tipping a pet groomer

I've got a pet groomer over giving my cats a shampoo and cut, she's not indy. What do you think is a reasonable tip? I am thinking 40 and it will take her about an hour and a half.

SO back to the tip. How much is the total? I usually tip an extra $10 on $50 (20%, which is my usual for food service and pet grooming).

I am a pet groomer. A normal tip is $10-20. Honestly most people don't tip at all. Pretty sad. So any tips are greatly appreciated!! Those pussies are a little harder to groom too. If you kicked her down a $40 tip she would be more than pleased.
