This seems "alert" worthy ... for all concerned.

New laws effective today that include matters that could cause anyone jeopardy ...

or can "ruin" your day ... by providing probable cause for a stop.

I guess it's just a matter of time before the varmints outlaw ball-scratching while waiting for the light to change.

Thanks for the reminder.

FYI: Also, on June 14, 2013, Governor Perry signed a bill that repealed the ban on so-called "switchblade" knives in the state and became effective 1 September. So, anyone, not just Law Enforcement, some security officers and members of military special forces/ops can now carry switchblade knife as long as it is the legal blade length of not more than 5.5 inches in accordance with Texas Penal Code Section 46.01 (6) (a). However, there is still some limitation to this new enacted law. Here is the link to read for yourself.

So they they clarified the bullshit two license plate law that 2 yrs ago they accidentally removed the fine. GAY!!! I wonder since I drive a European car, if I can put European style plates on it with my license number, it would look better than the standard shit plates given to me.

Suing the state for that won't work. they had P.C.

they are not responsible for putting it back together.
I don't mean fake plates, I mean European style plates. There are companies that will manufacture a license plate with the license plate number of your car. It's shorter by height and longer by width but the numbers and letters are the same.
