Most touring ladies end up in the Arboretum or Domain areas in north Austin.
There's a pretty vocal set of clients that want ladies to host from places south of the river, though as traffic from south to north Austin can get pretty awful.
Avoid hosting from hotels near the intersection of 183, 290 and IH35. We locals have a very anatomical name for that part of town, and the area simply isn't as safe or secure for ladies or their clients.

Stay off IH35 period
I booked w a lady last week and then when she said Runberg and hotel on IH35 - I said that’s a no go
High crime area and I won’t visit any hotels on IH35
