Oxygen Retreat are any others???

Have any of you read the add Oxygen Retreat? Are do you know of any more vacation trips like this?
Would love some input for a possible getaway!!!!

Sand and some gorgeous companions would be a wonderful treat that i would like to do.

Just to be clear not looking for any sex slave crap. Stuff like that is a total turn off but some place with a lot of action, fun in the sun and late night partying would be really cool!!!!
