Preferred 411 info please!!!!!

Im not for sure if this is where this is supposed to go. But I would like to no if it is free for providers to post and open a account on preferred 411. I no a couple of years ago it was but I am not sure now. Thanks....

I believe it is ( for six months , like it is when a provider invites a client ) if a p411 client invites you on !

P411 is free for providers.
