@Cannipus—I would research a lady’s website, fill out her screening form and say you don’t have references but are willing to submit employment verification or ID. Make sure to include time, date, and type of appointment.

Or you can do what I did when I first started and play Russian roulette, by going to a website like skip the games and hope for the best.
