I submitted a review for a provider in February, I then submitted a 2nd review in March for the same provider. My 2nd review was rejected for premium access credit because it hadn't been 90 days since I mentioned this provider.
My question now is, when does my 90 days start? From the 1st valid review or from the 2nd rejected review?

The 90 Days starts on the date of your last submitted Encounter Report for the Lady.
In this case it would be April 9th, the date you submitted your last Encounter Report of the Lady.

Frustrating, but those are the rules. I tend to repeat visit the same provider if I have a really good time, and getting the timing down to keep up the premium via reviews just wasn't worth the hassle.
