Any Haunted House Recommendations in the DFW area?

Last night (Friday), I went on a date to a haunted house followed by a delicious Italian dinner. We went to Dark Hour haunted house in Plano. We both enjoyed it. It wasn't the scariest but I would rate it a 6 out of 10. Lots of jump scares and animatronics. I would have rated it a 7 except for the fact that we had to stand in line for an hour before we could even enter the haunted house. Apparently it's going to be busy & crowded for the rest of October.

Dark Hour has a smaller haunted house called Annabelle's Asylum Noire and that was fun too. Pro-tip, if you're going to visit Dark Hour, have dinner at the Olive Garden next door. They have a Never Ending Pasta Bowl promotion going on which is delish! We tried so many different pasta combinations and I ate so much that I almost threw up afterwards lol!

Anyway, now I want to visit more haunted houses, especially during Halloween. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. I know I'm not the only Halloween aficionado on ECCIE so any suggestions would help all of us.

Isn't there a real haunted house in Dallas or Richardson?

I knew a girl that was a member of a local chapter of "ghost hunting ghostbusters" type

and she told me about a couple of places in Dallas or Richardson that were really haunted.

Anyone ever been to this or heard of it?

Supposedly the manor is truly haunted and they used it as the setting for Halloween haunted house,

this year being their 10th year.

beware:

the ticket is $25 and the wait can be up to 2 hours depending on what time you go.

There is a $40 fast pass tickets that allows you to skip the general wait line.
