I can't remember where I read it or heard about it, but some time back, I remember hearing about a website for mainstream help wanted ads. Jobs like nanny or housecleaner. These ladies legitimately provided those types of services, but they also would provide on the side-- kinda like a 2 for 1 job. Does anyone know anything about these types of arrangements, or where to find them? I could definitely use a regular house cleaner. One with side benefits would be even better.

-I know in certain countries this type of arrangement is more common, or it used to be in Asia. They had mistresses that would take care of the house, and the husband. But here in the states, as with so many other things, it's taboo.
