Trump's lawsuit against twitter dismissed

U.S. District Judge James Donato rejected Trump's argument that Twitter was operating as a "state actor" calling it not plausible..
Also dismissed was Trump's call for a for a declaratory judgment concerning Section 230.

Meh. He can suck Elons schlong to get access again....Seeing he was too much of a cheapskate to do an art of the deal move to get his way.
