1. For 16 years, I spent 80% of my time in Rochester, due to my responsibilities to my children. You know this. Because I have an elderly father in NY, I've flipped the script so that I can help him and still see the children. Throughout this entire period, I was still attending to the family business, which I explained was NY residential real estate.
2. On August 16, 2021 I arranged a "social encounter" with you for 3 PM. At the last minute, you told me you'd locked yourself out of your apartment. I could have simply wished you luck and driven on, but I didn't. I had made the commitment to meet. So I joined you and your dog on your stoop. I gave you an envelope with your fee plus a bit more to show good faith. I also gave you a newly-published book I thought you might enjoy. When we eventually got into your apartment, we chatted for about 25 minutes. I explained that I prefer two providers and outcall. You agreed.
3. The following day you sent me photos of a girl you said would work with you on an outcall appointment. I gave her the "thumbs up" and offered to pay the fee, plus a bonus. Where I come from a bonus indicates enthusiasm, honesty, good faith and a sincere desire to build a business relationship. For reasons not quite clear to me, you responded to my offer with anger and accusations. This was unexpected and disturbing.
4. Despite the foregoing, two days later I posted here a very positive review of our social encounter, entitling it "A Class Act". I wonder now whether I should have.
5. Attempting to shame people with regard to money is dishonest--and foolish. Your every post here is in a sense an advertisement for your services. Remember: the gents on this site are not selling themselves. You are.
