planning my first trip to TJ in mid or end of April

Hello,

I eventually got my second does so I guess it's safe to travel around. I am planning my first ever trip to TJ. After reading a bunch of posts here and on reddit, I still have a few questions and hope someone could shed some lights or share some exp.

1. Is it going to be a big problem if I don't even know basic spanish? I plan to have some fun in bars and escort agencies. I guess I could use google translalte, but I am afraid that ppl will just ignore me or refuse service as I dont speak spanish.

2. Being an asian guy, am I going to be taken advantages of? I will not just randomly walk around and will probly stay in zona norte most of the time (maybe go to the beach).

3. Regarding where to stay, should I book airbnb or a hotel? The plan is to have fun with bar girls and call agencies to send girls in my room. Reading from other posts, some agencies will not send girls to hotel in certain areas for some reason. If I have a room at Hotel Cascadas (near Hong Kong), are agencies fine with sending girls there? Any hotels that are close to bars and that agencies have no problems with sending girls there?

I apologize if some of the Qs seem dumb, but I am feeling excited and a bit nervous for my first trip to TJ. I used to go to AMP and see indy girls quite often and very much look forward to having fun with girls in TJ.

1. No use google translate but all the girls are used to gringos who don't speak spanish
2. I don't think so, they are also used to asian guys, you may get more attention if they think you have more money than the average dude in the bar.
3. I haven't book agency girls in TJ but from what I know they will not go to airbnb. Most won't go to zona norte hotels either. So a hotel close to the zona is best. I stay at Cascadas so I can take bar girls up without having to pay for another room. I like it but haven't been since covid.

Not bad questions, just keep researching, all the answers are out there.

The girls know basic phrases and all the money words! You'll get along, either with simple english and hand signals, or using Google Translate. Download the spanish language pack to Google on your phone so you can translate without an internet connection. To be honest, I find that the more English a chica speaks, the more likely she is to be an overpriced rip-off.

Take a cab or uber to the beach. It's not a great beach but it's a good way to clear your head. The zona can be overwhelming, especially after a few days. Tijuana has a world-class food scene. Get out of the zona and try something other than tacos.

You can always get a short time room in a motel like La Mansion or Premiere if you want to meet an agency girl. They are about $30 for 4 hours, and are discreet and safe.

If you want a decent hotel that is good for agency girls outside the zona but not too far, look at Hotel Ticuan. Nice, in a great location. About a 10 minute walk or 3 minute cab ride to the zona. Chica friendly. For slightly cheaper, try Hotel Caesar. Smaller rooms, but clean and nice and also chica-friendly (it's also famous -- where the Caesar salad was created).

You ought to stay at Cascadas one night, just for the experience.

I found this taxi driver at the Real Inn. He spoke very good English and knew everything you need to know about Tijuana. He knew plenty of girls and also got me in contact with the guy that runs the best agency. I’d book from this place ahead of time. www.mexicolindobar.com Jesus also knows several of those girls personally and will get you to them in a cheap hourly hotel or bring them to you. I was very glad I met Jesus. I paid him good tips and he ran me around and waited on me to do my business or came back at a certain time. I treated him right and was at my service all night. He starts work about 5pm. You wont regret calling on him or taking his advice. He will also show u pics of girls he can get and tell u of services. Several work at that agency.
