This board is run the complete opposite as to how one would expect a review board to operate:
1) Providers not allowed to post ads.
2) Trolls are given free reign to post whatever they want with little to no consequence.
3) Mods selectively enforce the posted rules and will often make up their own rules based solely on how their day is going.
