Question about allowed alerts

Are we allowed to give an alert about a non member when it comes to health stuff? Like 100% known health stuff about a street worker?
Are we allowed to post information about a dangerous situation that providers may need to be informed of and is something that hobbyists should know, so they understand why providers may be asking certain questions?
