One night Bill Clinton was taking a jpg in the streets of NYC, he gets to a street corner and sees some Ladies of the Evening, Bill hollars "$20.00, the ladies holler back $100.00, Bill keeps jogging, he comes back around and once again he hollars $20.00 & they reply $100.00.
By now Hillary is jogging with Bill and he tells her about the ladies, when they get to the street corner where the ladies are, Hillary looks at them they yells "See what $20.00 gets you!!"
