Great point. However, I think that's all just to make it seem to be a "licensed" therapist. I had someone else pull that same thing on me. I didn't provide either and it was a non-issue.

What insurance card? Car insurance? Home owners insurance or health insurance?? What are they gonna do with an insurance card?

There are some girls that do that for screening purposes As your insurance card would say Who your employer is, and if it is the city, state, or county, then she will probably just give that person a legit rub down no extras.
