Why can't I see the text of reviews posted prior to June 2018?

Only members with Premium Access can view encounter reports that were posted before June 2018.

If you don't have Premium Access and click on a link to one of those links, you will get a message like this:
ztonk, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
  1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
  2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
How long should I wait after posting an encounter report for it to be approved or rejected for Premium Access credit?

If you haven't had your encounter report dispositioned within 24 hours, please reach out to a local moderator or post in the Question for the Staff - Austin forum and we'll look into it.

The reports are usually automatically added to the moderating queues but there is a glitch in the system where the report does not get added in some cases. This is generally the reason why your report doesn't get processed within 24 hours.

I just got notified that my encounter report was approved and that I earned an additional 6 weeks of Premium Access credit. However, I'm now unable to view forums or encounter reports and it looks like my access is severely limited. What's up?

After a status change (like getting PA credit) the system sometimes sends you a verification email with a link that you need to click to validate your email address. This email frequently ends up in your Spam or Junk mail folder. Check there first. If not, contact your local moderators by PM or email.

What is "The Rest of the Story" or "the ROS" I keep hearing about?

It's a section of an encounter report that is only visible to male members who have accumulated or purchased Premium Access credit.

How do I delete my account?

Your account can't be deleted but we can request to have it disabled. You must specify a reason why you are leaving! The site administrators require a reason before they will process any request to disable an account.

After your account is disabled, you will no longer be able to log into the site and no one else will be able to reuse your handle.

If you have a security/safety issue and need your account guested (not just disabled) do not publicly post that request here. Instead, send a PM to all of the local moderators (they are listed at the top of every forum) stating your case. The admins make the final determination whether your account ultimately gets disabled or guested.

In any event, we do not delete content from the site, so your posts and encounter reports will remain visible.

How do I change my handle?

If you are a guy, send a PM to your local moderators stating the reason why you want to change your handle and provide a list of at least three alternate handles, in priority order. If the admins approve the request, they will assign you the first available handle from your list. All your previous PMs, posts, and encounter reports will be associated with your new handle.

If you are a lady, send a PM to your local moderators or email websupport stating the reason for the request. These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may be required to retire your existing account and start with a new one, depending on your specific circumstances.

I tried to write an encounter report and I clicked the button but I didn't get a form to fill out. Did you guys remove that?

At the top of the Encounter Reports forum there are two buttons: New Thread and New Encounter Report. Be sure to click the second one.

When you click on New Encounter Report, you get a form to fill out with all the required fields, including that elusive The Rest of the Story section.

This is by far the most important section of the encounter report. It doesn't need to be in graphic detail, but it does need to provide enough information for other gentleman to make an informed decision as to whether they would enjoy seeing the lady. Where is the New Encounter Report button? I'm viewing the mobile site from my phone and can't find it.

You need to switch to the full site in order to post an encounter report. That's not currently supported when using the mobile version of the site (m.eccie.net).

What can I put in my signature? How do I update my signature?

The ECCIE Signature Line Guidelines describe what can go in your signature in great detail. You can edit your signature from your Control Panel (User CP) or just click here to edit your signature directly.

Only members who have Premium Access or an Upgraded Female Account can see other member's signatures.
