Is America Still the Land of the Free?

Not according to this guy at the Washington Post. He makes a pretty good case. What do you think?

I think this article is an interesting take. As I've become more familiar with the laws enacted after 9/11 I do believe the government has become increasingly limiting in its use of power to control and subdue the citizens of America. They do so on a platform of enhanced security, but the actions inevitably affect those not allied with terroristic groups just as much as those who may are.
