Trees in Dallas

Heading to dallas on Feb. 26 to see Hellyeah at Trees in dallas. Never been and curious of venue (size, atmosphere, etc.)?

Basically it's an empty room with a stage on one end and bar down the side. Concrete floor, standing room only. The good news is that the PA is installed and of good quality with an in-house guy who usually does a decent job.
Wow good ole Trees in Deep Ellum. Been there many meant times. I would normally see local bands there. Like Pimpadelic, Marcy's Play Ground, or Reverend Horton Heat. The place isn't that big on the inside. Nice size stage and small bar. It closed down not too long ago and the opened back up in last year.

Enjoy the show. Vinnie is not only a hell of a good drummer, but a hell of a nice guy, too (I used to live in Arlington, and ran into Vinnie, Dime, and Rex -- who all lived there -- now and then). Stay after the show and meet the dude, if you can.

I, too, remember hearing that they got a new PA.

maybe vinnie will head to the Clubhouse after the show!
