Oh, by the way, when handles don't leave reviews, but will say "Lady is starting tomorrow", or repeatedly bump with "Nice review", the readers become well aware of who is who.

Personally, I can't afford to make visits often. I read reviews and find a lady with the attitude I enjoy. If my visit was great, then my trust in the reviewer/promoter increases. If my visit was crap, I ignore future reviewer/promoter submissions/advertisements.
