Its that time a year for craw-fish! Every year we all get together for craw-fish, crab, shrimp, sausage, red potatoes, corn, mushrooms, and brussel sprouts. Oh and cold adult beverages. Good fellowship and good eats. Do you craw-fish? If so, share some of the items you boil, seasoning, and process. We purge our bugs, I have seen that some do not. We have different levels of spicy. Some can't handle the heat. We take the leftovers and make etoufee on Memorial Day.
