Also found the same ad in Sioux Falls, Fargo, Bismark, Misoula MT and Portland ME all within a 2 day span, in the same places multiple times.

All you have to do is text the number. They'll ask for deposit and you know they're fake. Takes two minutes

Yup, she is posting in the cities too. Definitely fake and a scam.

I was in Fargo to weekends ago and texted this Gale for an appointment. Had everything Agreed upon and I showed up in front of her apartment. Then she quit responding. I haven't heard from her since although I text her later that day to say what happened and a couple days later she posted an ad and I texted her to say what happened.
