What is going on in P'Cola

I've been reading the reviews here, and there seems to be a stark difference between the FWB and P'Cola scenes. Seems like FS is a given in FWB and you can barely get a HJ in P'Cola. What's up with that? Also, I've been looking at STG, and there are a ton of posts by what is clearly an agency with Asians in P'Cola. Some of the ads are offering BBFS. Has anyone checked on these STG girls? The seem to be operating out of a hotel near I-10 and Davis Hwy. Thinking these ads are TGTBT. They say BBFS for $300.

It is ONE chinese woman in her 40's. I little heavy and knows very little english.
