Help...How to post a review?

Can anyone tell me how to write a review for a provider? I've written reviews on TER but never on Eccie. Thanks for your input

Go to city appointment took place, go to appropriate forum Independent, Agency, Spa, or Other reviews.
At the top is a sticky Kosher Cowboys sample reviews read that first.
Then at the top left of the appropriate forum is a blue button that says New Review.
Click it, then fill in all the fields.
Then at bottom there is another blue button that says Submit.
Click it.
Viola
