why are the Latina Agency's so much cheaper?
Just asking but I've been on ECCIE now for a few years and I've seen individual providers,
Been to Spas and to Latina Agency's I know it's personal preference but I always seem to get
The very best bang for my money at the Latina Agency's.......
I'm cheap , I don't see spending more than 160$ for a hour of provider company, oh I've read reviews , always find a review on here before I go see a provider. I've spent up to
350$ per hour ,whatever the market will bear. Why do so many providers want more than 250$ per hour? I don't like to offer them less so I skip them until I see one who is reasonable or I just go to a Latina agency. I wish more providers would be more flexible.......or privately offer a special......I've seen way more providers than I have reviewed

Imagine young ladies with weak English and/or business skills. Like many providers (but definitely not all) they also do not have much in the way of work experience/skills. Latina agencies advertise or they hear from word of mouth of a job that offers a chance to make 3,4,500 bucks a day.
The folks who run the agency know the formula: offer reasonably young, pretty and talented ladies for a decent donation. Rent a mid-price apartment, teach someone to screen, and your overhead will be low, profit great if you have one or two stars. So the ladies make money and the management makes money. A misconception is the Agency ladies see 5 or 6 guys a day. A few get hot and do...for a while. But the average agency lady is lucky if she sees 2-3 guys. Many see 1 or none for days at a time. We joke about the way the agency ladies always move around to different agencies. Usually, it is not personality driven, but economically driven. They were once hot at agency A. But the new girl(s) are getting all the business. "Maybe I will do better at Agency B."
There are guys more expert in the Houston agencies than me, but I am certainly one expert. I have known the ladies, the managers and the owners. The Houston Latina agencies are not sexual slavers. The ladies are free to quit free to move free to take time off.
I will not say there are not other forces (boyfriend,husband) compelling them to work. But the same happens in the Independent provider world.
It's pretty obvious at the agencies I frequent that tbonetas is correct. First, they are clearly of age. I have not seen one who was anywhere near underage. Second, they can clearly come and go. I have seen them get dressed back in street clothes, grab their stuff and wave goodbye as they hop in their car and drive off. Third, with the exception of the flavor of the month they can't be overly busy. I usually hobby last minute and I almost always call around 11 am and am knee deep in Latin pussy by noon.
As far as price - they put maybe 2-4 girls in a $1k a month apartment, or like $35 a day. One visitor covers the total cost. Also, the ladies, I believe, like the fact they work with others. Just yesterday while Mia was blowing me, Soshy and another girl were laughing it up outside the door.
Dining out is a good analogy. Morton's or Vic & Anthonys requires a reservation, is in a high end location, and costs a lot. Longhorn Steak house is off a freeway and you pop in and grab a booth and order for 1/2 the price. Yes the first steak is better. But if I crave a steak, both get the job done and the second adds value with convenience.
It's because they're Latina...Hispanics are cheap labor...nothing mysterious here...
