P411 Renew

Any one has or knows if you can renew your p411 with a prepay/reloadable visa/master?

You will have to find a card that allows oversea charges; most of the ones that do require you to register with your real information.

You can also call the P411 customer care number and they'll be able to process that prepay card for you over the phone if the card does not allow international purchases...
