I can't remember the exact criteria believe it's 2 or 3 members to vouch for you- but I can tell you this one review you have actually doesn't help: http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=908421 : you only review is from someone with one post and holy moly it's your review and it has limited ROS information. Hopefully you can establish a good clientele- best wishes.
