TV shows that are mainstream that eccie members might not be watching

I posted in Dallas a funny quote from the show Bob's Burgers (it had BLS in it, so I thought it was funny and relevant to post in the sand box). Only one person recognized the show.

It has been on for several years and they have very popular holiday shows and it's very funny. The new episodes come out the day after they air on Hulu.

Same with a popular series that was first out in South Korea called The Good Doctor. It has the kid from Bates Motel in it as an Autistic Doctor (high functioning). It is in it's first season in America and Jin from Lost is the producer. It's one of the most popular shows in America right now. Anybody watching that?

What are you watching right now?

I also love the Goldbergs because it reminds me of my childhood as well as Fresh Off the Boat.

Not to mention Brooklyn 99.

Can you tell I don't have cable?

One of the reasons I like the hour or longer sessions is getting to talk to clients who do get into shows that I haven't seen before. Example, I had heard of Broadchurch (if anyone knows me at all, I love Doctor Who, and David Tennant and several other DW cast members are in it which I didn't know before) but never really decided to watch it. Then a client suggested it and I just was immersed. There were a couple of others, but I can't think of them right now.

Even some anime suggestions as well. I did stop keeping up with Naruto. I just got really far behind. I do need to start watching the new Dragon Ball Super.

The Orville.
With the streaming services, there's little need for cable. And the only time I watch shows on an actual TV is when I'm visiting my family.

I love a good crime drama. I made it through the last season of Narcos in one day. (I do have a life and only binge watch TV every once in awhile. ) Ozark was superb. I also enjoyed Hand of God. Ron Pearlman is hot in a weird way. Besides him the rest of the cast is great. Andre Royo got lots of shine as the first Black mayor of a fictional California town. And there's also a character who's an ultra-high end Black escort and that was neat to witness.
The Mist is pretty interesting.
If you’re into superheroes (I’m a huge marvel fan) The Flash is always a show ill watch.
As far as movies, I have plenty lol.
I’m more of a movie person than tv shows.

If not, get caught up.

This last episode just was like what???!!!!

It comes out weekly unlike when netflix does marvel and releases them all at once.

It's easier for me since I am also a little busier now with RW and don't always have time for a binge.

Lena, I will check out the one with Ron Pearlman. I like him, and I always find shows with actual escort story lines interesting. Even with Godless (great show, took me a while to finish) having a town whore was pretty interesting.
