how many refs do i need to get p411 verified

ive only seen 1 girl from eccie/p411. ive seen a few from bp but i dont want to waste my time and money on bp any more. i want to get p411 acc but am VERY uncomfortable giving personal info. is the one enough? hell i dont even know if she will remember me its been a couple of weeks
