Premium access doesn't work

I received the emails that my reviews were credited for premium access but I still can't see the r.o.s or gentlemens lounge

Reviews that happen over 30 days do not get PA credits. If you write a review for visit on Aug 20, then you get PA credit. If you write a review for visit on Aug 5, then it would be past 30 days; therefore, no PA credit
