Talk about some funny shit...

As some may have gleaned from prior posts. I've been in this hobby of ours for a while in California (Member Since 25-Jan-10). Safe to say I think I've experienced just about everything, besides being Robbed (Knock on wood) that there is to be experienced. Until yesterday...

I would assume most use a hobby phone, (I like Google Voice) to protect "the innocent" lol. About 2 PM yesterday, I start getting some very odd calls (not answered) and Text messages. At first, I thought they were just wrong numbers, but a pattern emerged as they were ALL from CA.

Figuring someone was just fucking with me, I ignored the first few. Then went over to myredbook and searched the ads by my GV number. DAM it!

Seems a newbie "Prettyzoey", put my number as her's. She's got multiple handles so it would appear she changes numbers often. Transposed a number? Someone fucking with me? who knows!

Figured I have fun with it though. The crap providers put up with huh... LOL

When I first moved to Memphis (spring of 2001) and got a cell phone, I must have been assigned the number previously held by an escort, to judge from the weird calls I received late at night and early in the morning from various drunk and horny men. The most bizarre call being from a pimp who was apparently trying to track that woman down, and when he found out the number had been reassigned to a single guy, he pulled a 180 and tried to sell me on the idea of booking one of the girls in his stable for an hour.
