Late night/early morning QV’s?

I typically get off of work around 3am and would like to find a QV or more occasionally on my way home. You guys know of any providers around central Fort Worth moving west (white settlement/lake worth/lakeside) that are available in that time frame or is everyone getting their beauty sleep at that time frame.
