Unfortunately, the acronyms used in today's environment mean something totally different than what they originally meant.
When I see FBSM++ today, I interpret it as a handy, plus some form of additional play - naked, NE, SE, DATY, PM, level of enjoyment, etc. But I never take it to mean anything resembling a BJ or FS, especially in the Austin market.
Those acronyms are now entirely subject to interpretation by the OP.
