I texted this provider, claims to go by Brook/Brook Parrish, and gave me a link to a website. On that website, her rates are listed as 70/100/125, but only after a 40 deposit to "ensure you're not a flake." 100% chance she ghosts you after the initial deposit yeah?

I would say it sounds suspicious and I would not go for it without a reputable review.

She does at least list Quigley Park wich is a legit place in Albuquerque.
