Springdale area providers

Anyone else notice the huge influx of out of town providers on CL and BP the last couple days?? Makes me kinda uneasy!
On that note, does anyone know of a decent provider in the area? With this site being the new home and the old home burnt down, it's a little difficult to do proper research.
